Privacy Policy for Wisdom Cipher: Logic Puzzle

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Wisdom Cipher: Logic Puzzle ("Application") for mobile devices, created by DroidCraft Works.

1. What Information Does the Application Obtain and How Is It Used?

User Provided Information

The Application does not require registration to play offline. However, if you choose to secure your game progress, you can link an email address and set an optional nickname. This authentication data is securely handled via Firebase Authentication.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to: the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, IP address, and operating system. This also includes your device's Advertising ID, which is used to serve and measure advertisements shown in the Application and may be shared with our advertising partner, Google, for that purpose. You can reset or limit the use of your Advertising ID at any time in your device's system settings.

2. Third-Party Services & SDK Declarations

We use verified third-party SDKs to secure your progression, measure application health, and serve advertisements. These services collect and process data in compliance with Google Play Policies:

• Firebase Authentication & Firestore: Used to safely store and synchronize your game levels, coins, and settings. Google Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK): Used to deliver interstitial and rewarded video advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your device's Advertising ID, IP address, and general usage/device data to deliver, personalize, and measure the performance of ads. • Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Application presents a consent message, powered by Google's UMP SDK, before showing personalized ads. You can review or change your privacy choices for ad personalization at any time through this message or the Google Ads Settings link above.
• Google Play Billing: Used to process in-app purchases (Premium unlock). All payment transactions are handled securely by Google Play. We do not collect or store credit card information. Purchasing Premium removes interstitial advertisements; optional rewarded ads (watched to earn in-game coins or extra lives) remain available even after purchasing Premium.

3. Data Retention Policy & Managing Your Information

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.

4. Account and Data Deletion Request (Google Play Compliance)

In compliance with Google Play's User Data policy regarding account deletion:

• In-App Deletion: You can request the deletion of your progress and account data by contacting us directly.
• Web Deletion Request: If you wish to delete your account, linked email address, and all associated progress data stored in our servers (Firebase) without installing the application, please send an explicit deletion request from your registered email address to droidcraftworks@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
• All associated user data and progression records will be permanently deleted from our databases (Firebase Auth and Firestore) within 7 business days of request confirmation.

5. Children’s Privacy

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at droidcraftworks@gmail.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

6. Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We implement HMAC-SHA256 signatures to secure local database integrity. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
